Percentages

Hi, I am currently working at a tech firm and trying to gather data to diplay for the call center. The call center receives many calls a day and each call gets placed in a specific catagory. I am trying to figure out a measure that would gather the top two call catagories based on numbers, then display these numbers as a percentage of total calls. I am fairly new to this so would appreciate any help. Thank you.
