Percentages in bar graph

Hello community! I ask you a question:

I have a traditional bar chart, where on the one hand I have quantities of pieces, on the other the branches to which they belong and finally categories of reasons why the shipment was not made. What I would like is, in addition to showing the amounts, to see the amounts in% in the tooltips, but Power BI shows me, for each branch, the% of the total, and not the reason for which it is being analyzed. In other words, I would like each bar to add 100% in Percentages and not for the entire graph itself to be 100%. Is there a way to achieve this?
