Hello Team,
I am experiencing issues with the matrix visual in my report. The percentage displayed is incorrect, but when I use the same measure in a card visual, it shows the correct value of 1.65%. Could you please help me review this issue?
Thank you for your assistance!

Please share the DAX formula of the measure. We might help modify the numerator and denominator.
Hi @Anonymous
You can take a futher look at the numerator (SUM(DDL[Counts of response])) and denominator ([Sum_total_red_dsi]) to see if they both return the correct results at the same time. If [Sum_total_red_dsi]'s result is incorrect in the table visual, please share its DAX formula too.
@Anonymous in my opinion, there is some filter, the reason why it shows 100% is that it is calculated as 7/7. While the card visual will be something like 7/400... Check, if there is anything that influences the matix.
Hi @zenisekd I tried to exclued it but I am still seeing the same percentage. 100%
Hi @Anonymous , I think it is caused by the filter you have on your visual: (excluded (1)).
