You will need to create a separate column in Power Query that will extract the numbers only or in the Percent measure, add a condition that will return NA or something else if the serial number cannot be converted to a number.

I don’t think you really understand what I want to get at. I might not be very clear in that regard.

The value I want to extract is a percentage value of a total, where the total 100% is the same value. All dependent on a slicer that slices based on time.

 

Basicaly this.

Lets say the total is 10000. My value based on the slicer is 8000. I want that to show 80%.

But now I just get 100% since thats the total of the sliced value, not the over all total.

I don't really know how to describe it better.

So, the way your describing of extracting the number doesn’t work since the number need to change.
