Total 900
What I want is the individual Value as a percentage of the total.

1. 100 11%
2. 300 33%

Have a measure just to sum your value
Value Amount = SUM ( 'Table'[Value] )
Then a measure to calclualte the % of Total.
% of Total = DIVIDE ( [Value Amount], CALCULATE ( [Value Amount], ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[ID] ) ) )
