Hey!

I am looking to find the abandonment rate per agent, and the total abandonment percentage of all agents. I should be getting a total of 3.40, but as you see below .. it's not calculating the way I need it to.

= #abandoned/# presented

What am I doing wrong? Beginner here 😞

% Abandoned Measure = DIVIDE(SUM(Transactions[# abandoned]),SUM(Transactions[# presented]))
