Percentage of Project that where approved in each Phase

Hi Experts

I need to calculate how many Projects of each company moved from Phase 1 to Phase 3 as a Percentage. See sample dats below

in the explain below for company ABC Phase 1 = 17 Projects and Phase 2 = 8 Projects hence 47 of the applications moved to the second phase ie. Phase 2 , then 2 out of 8 projects move to final phase 3 = 25%.

Hi,

i'm unsure on the explanation are you just looking for the calculation to work out between phase 2 and 3 to give you the 25% figure:

if so

Measure  = CALCULATE(sum('Table (2)'[Phase 3]))/CALCULATE(SUM('Table (2)'[Phase 2]))

if you need the 2 as a percentage of the 17 just change the phase 2 field to phase 1.

If this isn't what you're looking for can you provide some more detail or an example of what the percentage should be for one of the rows
