Please post sample data in source tables so that we can check for you. If possible, you can directly share the .pbix file.

      Does above image show data of source data tables?

       

      Divide( sum([Processing Offset]), Calculate (Count([Processing Offset]), 'Orders'[SLATargetDate Offset] <> Blank()),0)

       

      From the provided sample data, I didn't see Processing Offset and SLATargetDate Offset. And which table is 'Orders' table?
