Percentage giving wrong value

I have one report and i dine total sum of source/total sale
Total sale 2034 and i sale one prduct
There is multi products and there one product where value is zero and one have 1 value when i use the methos to get the answer so im getting 100%
Should i get 0.49

You information is very limited to get an answer please check this link that tells some best practice to get an answer quickly (small manual from @Greg_Deckler a great datanaut].

 

Can you please post some sample data.
