Percentage by Category

Hi all,

This seems like it should be so easy but apparently not for me. I have a list of procedure types where I am reporting on the % of surgeries that cancel by surgery type. I have the total cancelled or not by category but I want to make it a % by category but when I change the value to show as percentage the only option is for the grand total instead of by category. Can anyone help me show the % by category?
