Percentage Total?

I have a problem.  The monthly total is right per Tech, but the Total for all techs is wrong.  The Sum is correct on the Month by month. the Average is right a the Total.  How do I get the Total?

overhead = sumx('Tech Hours', 'Tech Hours'[Total Paid hours]*'Tech Hours'[Cost])*1.5

overhead = sumx('Tech Hours', 'Tech Hours'[Total Paid hours]*'Tech Hours'[Cost])*1.5
