Percent Difference Quick Measure Not Working After April Update
Cannot use percent difference quick measure. It causes desktop app to crash. This was never an issue before April update.

Sometimes third-party applications can cause conflicts. You can follow the steps in Microsoft Support to clean boot and make a try again:

Or maybe you can consider re-installing a power bi desktop, and before that, I recommend that you perform a full uninstall by following the link below and ensuring that you remove any residual files and registry entries before reinstalling:
