Percent Change on a Filled Map

Hello Everyone!

This is my first time posting and I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem I'm facing. 

I have the following filled map based on State, Company Name, and the Total Revenue.

I have 2 questions.

1) Is is possible to have the "Sum of Total" value show for each individual State rather than having to hover over to see the number?

2) I want to be able to see the impact of losing a Company. For example, in the slicer shown at the bottom where all companies are selected, if I were to de-select Company C what is the percent lost from each State. Is that doable?

Please let me know if any additional information is needed to advise.
