Pending changes refresh taking long time with Jira data source

Hi All,

 

We recently moved to new instance of Jira (AWS hosted) and updated the host URL in data source settings. Post that pending changes running for long time (more than couple of hours), Is there any one faced this kind of issue before? Appreciate if anyone can provide suggestions.

 

Note : I already turned off auto detect the new relationship and date/time fields in the refresh. Still it is taking more time.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    What is the connection mode of the data source? 

    If you are using the directry query mode, the performance of the data source will affect the refresh efficiency. If you are using the import mode, please consider filtering some unneeded data before loading data.

    I am using OData feed connection and do not see import/direct query option to choose while pulling the data.  I am also filtering the unwanted data by adding the conditions in JSQL
