We are currently using PowerBI desktop using the free licence to build the justification to have pro licences.
I have sent the file I've created to someone else and they are getting the below error:
Everything else seems to be okay and the data is accurate but what can I do about this? I'm not getting it when I open it in my own PowerBI desktop so am a bit stuck.
HI @Anonymous,
AFAIK, this notice will appear when you do some changes on the query editor side and not apply changes to save and update to your data model.
You can enter to query editor and click 'save & apply change' to submit these changes and re-generate the new data model to fix this issue.

That was my first action because there should have been no changes made since I last saved the document. The error is persistent though!

HI @Anonymous,
Any changes apply to your data source side so that the refresh records not match with the data structure who called in query steps? If this is a case, then power bi displays the notice that requires you to apply and fix the data structure issues.
