Paypal Donut KPI Chart - Wrong Ponter value

Hello, I have created a Paypal KPI Donut Chart. The result showing in the pointer value is different from the result of the Measure used for the Pointer Value Field:

6,44 (acutal result) vs 3,17 (showing in the chart)

Here is the formula used for the measure:

Ratio = ([Latest Actual]+[Month Orders]+[Future Orders])/([Target])

Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @erimaz ,

Do you mean when the measure is in card visual, it show as 6,44 and when put in the custom visual, it show as 3,17? Could you please check if there are any filter affect the KPI donut chart? Does the actual result 6,44 need to be calculated based on different group?

Could you please provide a mockup sample based on fake data to reproduce this issue or describle the fields of each tables and the relations between tables simply?  Please upload your files to OneDrive For Business and share the link here and don't contain any Confidential Information or Real data in your reply.
