Hi there, looking for a bit of help adding in a "Pay Period Beginning" column to my Date table. The company's pay periods are 1-15th, and 16th-end of month. So if the date in the date table is 6/10/2022, "Pay Period Beginning" would be 6/1/2022, and if it's the 24th of the month the "Pay Period Beginning" would be 6/16/2022. I'm sure this is simple and I'm overthinking it, any help is appreciated.

Give this a try.
Pay Period Beginnging =
VAR _Day = DAY ( [Date] )
RETURN DATE ( YEAR ( [Date] ), MONTH ( [Date] ), IF ( _Day <= 15, 1, 16 ) )
