Past Data Changing having effect on charts
I have the following data from past months, but when an action is closed today, it changes the data for months in the past. I cannot create an incremental refresh since the query is not foldable? Is there any way to lock certain lines from refreshing past a certain date?

In power bi desktop, when you perform transform related operations on the data, unless you don't apply it to the desktop, the change in the data, and the effect on the chart changes cannot be avoided.
