Passing a filter value in a Drill-through action

I have a bar chart visual (see below) which I'm using to drill-through to a target list report.

When for example I click on the "North Division/Shift C" bar, the two values get passed to the Drillthrough report, however the value of the field in the filter "inc reports not completed"  does not get passed over.

How can I pass the filter value to the target report? is it possible at all?

Any advise greatly apreciated.

fow what shows there isnt passing it because you have no value on the filter selected to filters it says "all" meaning theres no filter applied upen the visual for that field to be passes to the drill thorught
