Partial Refresh on Google BigQuery tables

Hello,

I have a consolidated report that contains data tables from Google BigQuery and Sharepoint. The data tables in the report are expected to be refreshed based on specific timelines. E.g. I have tables A, B and C. When I refresh table A, B and C shouldn't be included in the refresh. I tried disabling "Include in report refresh" on the tables, but I am facing issue with BigQuery connected sources.

Whenever there is a data movement(ingestion) happens in our BigQuery tables, the new values are reflecting in the report eventhough "Include in report refresh" is disabled for them. 

I am using deployment pipeline, which restricts me from performing individual table refresh, which can be done in Power BI Desktop.

Kindly assist me with this issue if any of you have ever came across it.
