Parsing out Data

can someone please help me, i am trying parse out some data that have multiple lines in one cell.  I want to take out all text that starts with DSL in the Talent Pools field into a new column, any ideas how i can acheive this?

    needs more details. Is this a Windows text (CRLF) or a UNIX/Linux text (CR only) ? Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture) and show the expected outcome.
