Parameters not working with DataSource

Hi, I want to use parameters to switch between my datasources. So i created two parameters Servername and Databasename which has server and Database values. However, when I go to DataSource Setting and map Server and Database to my parameters and click ok, it do not bring the corresponding selected value but rather brings up the parameter name itself which leads to error during refresh.
