Parameters grayed out

Hi

I setting up a Power BI where I need to changed to different source files for differnet clients

I Found a useful video showing how I can sert up a parameter, that can be updated as necessary

But the Parameters option is grayed out, any idea how to activate it.

I have done the following so far

Does this mean that the default "Convert To Parameter" is disbaled?

have you created a parameter yet?  if not select  ' new parameter'  - where is the parameter you want to insert?   share what you have created.

 

 

you might be confusing field parameters with m code parameters.
