Parameter not working on multiple pages

Hi all

I created a parameter in a page called "Growth's %" . As seen below the single value entered is 0.39

My intentios is to use that parameter measure and have it multiplied with another measure and show up on a page called "Capacity vs demand"

The problem is that it show blank on the page, eventhough I selected 0.39

How can I make the parameter work regardless of the page selected?
