Parameter as filter and visual not working

Hello All,

Please help. It's a simple 2x2 chart i need, and coule filters: 

Each dot is an item
X is value score (has 3 elements, and each element weighted differently but sum to 100%)  = ( Item 1 Score X Parameter input ) 

Y is value score (has 4 elements, and each element weighted differently but sum to 100%)  = ( Item 1 Score X Parameter input ) 

The chart on the left is Measure, score does change based on the parameter changed, but the dot is not showing in the chart, nor can i use the as filter ( i want to filter out the score thats >= 10 for both X and Y) ; the chart on the right is Calcuated column, it does show on the chart, and it does allows me to filter, but it doesnt change based on the Parameter Input.
