Parameter | Multiple Slicers that each only change certain rows in Matrix

Hi all,

I have a matrix and I need my users to be able to alter the information in it by inputting their own number into a slider.

Problem is, I need a few sliders and each slider only adjusts the figures for a certain part of the Matrix...

e.g. when the user updates the Phase 1 parameter, ONLY the phase 1 rows in the Matrix change - and the same for the Phase 2 Parameter slider:

I have been able to setup the parameter measure that affects the whole Matrix:

Measure = Sum(Test[Count]) / Parameter[Parameter Value]

(The measure is setup to divide the values in the matrix by the numeric value the user inputs)

But, can't work out how to set it up so that the when the user enters their value into the specific 'phase' slicer, it only adjusts the corresponding part of the matrix and not the entire Matrix.

Any help would be greatly aprpeciated!

This doesn't sound like a good user experience.  Anyway, consider using ISINSCOPE for your value measure to pick up the slicer values according to where in the matrix each row is.

Thank you for your reply.
Some extra context re: UX, the idea of this is to see how changes in each phase have flow on affect to the total at the bottom.

I was able to achieve the result by having separate matrixes for each phase and editing the interaction of the slicer to only interact with the phase matrix it was intended for - however, this is cumbersome.

I'll look into ISINSCOPE - if you could provide a suggestion as to how best to use it, that would be really helpful too 😁
