Anonymous , Make sure dim_calendar is marked as date table, has all dates, and join in single directional.

 

Try like

 

L_Quarter SLA % FTF = CALCULATE([SLA % FTF], dateadd(dim_calendar[Date], -1, QUARTER))

This gave me the exact same output, when I use another calculation with SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR, it shows correctly, so I dont think there is something wrong with my data model.
