Paint Roller symble is missing on my Powerbi

I'm trying to add data bars to some figures but for some reason the paint roller is missing. I can see Fooemat Conditioning but there is no data bar option showing. What am I doing wrong?

Check this in your Power BI settings:

File > Options and settings > Options > Preview features > New Format pane
