Paginated report
Hi ,
I have created a report in Power Bi and which is HTML report . I need to export the report in PDF or PPT and it should come in multiple pages based on the number of rows like a paginated report . If there any way to have a paginated report which are using HTML Content(Lite)? My table is something like below . Removed the sensitive data

In Paginated Reports (Power BI Report Builder), HTML support is limited to basic text formatting and does not support rendering charts or complex visuals. So, creating HTML-based charts is not possible.If you need charts in a paginated report, you can use the built-in chart controls such as bar, line, and pie charts, which are designed to work properly with pagination and export to PDF or PPT.
If your requirement depends on HTML-based visuals, it would not be supported in Report Builder, and the report needs to be redesigned using native visuals.

No — you cannot make a true paginated (multi-page, row-splitting) export using HTML Content (Lite) in a standard Power BI report.
You can achieve it by creating report in Power BI report builder.

Let’s keep building smarter solutions together!Hi , Unfortunately, the HTML Content (Lite) visual doesn't support paginated exports natively. When exporting to PDF/PPT, Power BI captures a snapshot of the visual and won't split content across pages based on row count.
Your best options are:
- Paginated Reports (.rdl) — Rebuild the report in Power BI Report Builder. It's designed exactly for row-based pagination and exports cleanly to PDF/PPT. Requires PPU or Premium capacity.
- Native Table/Matrix visual — If HTML is only used for styling, a native table exports across multiple pages out of the box.
If paginated export is a must, Paginated Reports is really the right tool here.

Is there any way to create a HTML chart in report builder if i need to create in report builder for pagiated report .
