Paginated report group by

Paginated Report

Hi,

  I would to group my data based on countries and sum up all fields but a challenging thing here is that I want to group countries where sellers is less than 3 as a single row and name as "others" and display the full data of countires where seller is greater than or equal to 3. My source is power bi and I am trying to achieve this in report builder (paginated repoert). Please find the sample input and output

    you try create a new column with this logic to "others"

    and summarize table like this.

      LeandroDeodato  Thank you so much for anwering my query but I have a little challenge.

      1. Revenue and Reveue LY are my PBI measures and I have also other PBI measures which I will include in the visual and they are not froma single table

      2. The main issue is that my paginated report has year, product filter and several filters which is not reflecting on country_edit column.

       

      Can you suggest what would be the workaround?

        summarize tables reflect filter and re-calculate all time you change any thing. i dint use pagineted report, only PBI desktop. maybe a configuration in paginated report.
