Paginated report - Protect a parameter field from data entry

I have an Account Id field that I would like to only contain values from the drop down. I want to prevent the user from entering anything into this field. Can someone tell me how I can accomplish this. This is a paginated report.

You need design a query to get the distinct values of Account Id field.

Then edit the Report Parameter Properties and select the value from the specified query for this parameter.
