Paginated Reports - Subscription error when parameters return no data
Hi,
Set up a Power BI Paginated Report with 4 parameters;
Customer
Size
Location
Type
about once a week my subcription will error or not send a report out as the selections set up mean that there can be no data which meet the criteria due to the small numbers involved.
I'd still like the report to go out but to show zero values.
Any ideas or help gratefully received.
I think I actually need to rebuild my model, will close this thread off, thanks for your suggestions everyone.

Daviejoe Any chance you could add something to the report that will always display a number?

Daviejoe , There should be some message in power bi service on failure of these ?

The error I recieve is
The error while creating the subscription was:
Report_Processing_Error: One or more parameters required to run the report have not been specified.This is because the parameter that the subscription was set up under, say a specific customer, has no data for that day.
So the report errors out.
I need to be able to have the report run but show that there is no data on that day. So zero values essentially.
