Hi,
I've creates a matrix in my pag report that works - BUT - it only shows the first 4 rows from my data. It somehow consolidates or so.
I have 25 rows with 17 different "properties" in my dataset but only 4 will be shown
Does anybody have an idea why and what to do?

It's *probably* the way the grouping has been defined in the report. When you create a group, it'll show a row for every unique value. Also, just in case, check that there isn't a second page.
From your picture, not sure why using a matrix instead of a table, as I see groups only on the rows.
Try reviewing these links on how to build nested groups. Suggest starting with a basic, single row group, then adding in more groups and details.
