Paginated Report Development Studio Access Question

Hi,

I am a beginner user and would like to start building Paginated Reprots. I have a Pro Licence and when I open the Report Builder development environment, it looks nothing like the environment they show on all the tutorials. The backdrop I get is is white (as opposed to dark) and there are very vew features to work with. I only can add a title and drag columns onto the canvas, no other options are there, such as the ability to create parameters, group by rows and comlumn, format, etc.

I need to somehow get inside the proper development environment. Below are two screenshots of what I get vs. what I think I am supposed to see when I open "Report Builder". What I want is the environment on picture #2, and all I have is a picture #1.

Pic. #1 (my default "Report Builder" environment with close to nothing)

Pic. #2 (the "bells and whistles" Report Builder I really need - as per what I saw on the youtube videos)

THANKS! Any feedback is appreciated.

Looks like I found the answer! Instead of trying to get the app from the Power BI Desktop (by clicking on "Paginated Report"), I got to the app from outside of the Power BI Desktop by typing in "Power BI Report Builder" into the Start/Search box on the left of the screen and shoosing the App from the options above - that action allowed me to bring up the app as shown on my 2nd picture.
