Paginated Report Builder connecting to Oracle keeps on crashing.

I downloaded the latest version of Paginated Report Builder  and  connected a dataset to oracle.

I am able to create the datasource as well as the dataset. I am able to get the list of fields.

As soon as I try to create a table and use a data element the whole Report Builder desktop crashes.

I don't have a Pro/Premium account yet, but I believe we can use the desktop app without a license isn't it?

Are there any troubleshooting steps to understand why it keeps on crashing?

thank you

Christian

This is still an issue.  Where can I find the Power BI Paginated Reports Desktop app logs?

Did you create a Paginated Report against Oracle?  I got the PPU trial so Paginated Report is included but yet as soon as I try to add a table to a report Report Builder crashes.

I am able to create a datasource and a dataset.

And I don't know where to find the crash logs for Report Builder.

@ChristianR , I have used pro. It allowed me to create a report, But I was not able to publish it as that needs premium.

Just make sure you have enough memory for Report builder, any crash log, if you can share will help
