i try to connect data from my work space not able to connect
if am using Excel data its working but if i import data from workspace not able to connect.

Hi, this seems to be related to permission issue.
Can you check if OAuth2 is selected for this data source? Go to Data source -> Credentials.
Also, please check if the dataset has build permission or worksapce role is Member or Contributor.

Below are some recommendations which can help resolving this:
If you’re on Free, consider upgrading to Pro. Pro unlocks shared workspaces, which are more reliable for Report Builder connections.
Even though My Workspace allows publishing with Free, certain external connections still require Pro. They provide clearer permission models and avoid 403 errors.
Make sure Report Builder is signed in with the same organizational account that owns the dataset. If you’re logged in with a personal Microsoft account, switch to your work account.
Try connecting to a different dataset in the service. If that works, the issue may be dataset‑specific (permissions, mode, or timeout).
