Helper IPage leve security
Hello everyone,
I am currently looking into page level security. I know that there is a work around using buttons, DAX and roles. I have downloaded a pbix file, which seems to do the job. However, on the report tab, under fields, there is a table/field that I am trying to re-created but cannot.
The item in question is called Page Current Seletion. It has a field present, which is a DAX:
When I right click to edit, the edit option is not present. I am trying to work out what this "table" is and how to re-create it.
Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I have indeed seen this solution and alas, it does not meet our requirements as not all of the navigation buttons are displayed at the same time and it was decided that the dropdown would confuse end users (although I did not find it confusing).

It's not possible to refer to a DAX calculated table in M as it's loaded into DAX/Power Pivot engine after M has done the transformations. So the "Edit Query" is not available.Did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.
