Page Refresh Tab Not Showing

Hi, I was reading through a Power BI help article about page refreshes in Desktop, but I don't have that tab available that is shown in the article. The first picture shows the example in the article and the second picture is my Desktop App. How can I make that option appear? Thanks!

    According to the link you provided:

     

    "Automatic page refresh is available only for DirectQuery data sources."

      I am using direct query though?

        Hi , AW31 

        What is your current version of powerbi? It is recommended that you update to the latest version.

         

        In addition, please click  "file" ->"options and setting" ->"options"->"preview feature" ,to check whether the feature  is available for you to try in this releases.
