POwerBI Jira refresh data

Hi guys, I connected JIra and PowerBI using basic credentials. On PowerBI desktop everything works, no issues. When I refresh data, it retrieves new data, however, when I publish prepared report and...

Try to upload it in your workspace and then refresh to check if it is working there or not. Further, when you upload on the service check if the highlighted icon is there if yes click on it and check if the report is still blank or not

Hi saud968 I did as you said.  I refreshed the report but it does not retieve the latest data. In addition, the uploaded report is still empty. If I look at refresh history, no errors. This problem drives me crazy. Why refresh in PBI desktop  perfectly works but not in PBI service

      saud968You were correct. this was one of the issues(boolean data type needed). I also replaced 'anytype' with the correct data types for other columns as well. In addition, I had stupid fking filter on the 'Card'.
