POwerBI Error

Hi all,

 

I am not able to open any file in powerBI desktop and I am getting the following attached error.

But at the same time I can see the reports in power BI service.

Could you please kindly help me to find the solution for this.

Thanks in advance.

 

Error:

Unable to Open document

We were not able to restore the saved datatbase to the model.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    You could try to re-install the newest version to see whether it work or not , or you also could refer to jthomson 's suggestions to install previous version to see whether it work or not .

    It's a known fault with the new Desktop update, roll back to December while they fix it
