POwerBI Error

Hi all,   I am not able to open any file in powerBI desktop and I am getting the following attached error. But at the same time I can see the reports in power BI service. Could you please kindly ...

    Hi Anonymous ,

    You could try to re-install the newest version to see whether it work or not , or you also could refer to jthomson 's suggestions to install previous version to see whether it work or not .
