POWER QUERY - Fill lines

I need the value 4.23~ to fill a column in front of the other data in the PV column. I tried using FillUp and other techniques but they all fail.

 

Below is the final table:

Just reinforcing that this is a model of several imported spreadsheets, the value "MK REALIZADO" will not always be in line 3.
Sorry, but I couldn't find another question like this.

  • Hello Luan90 ,

     

    If you mean you want to replace the "MK REALIZADO" with 4,23 then you could use replace in power query.

      I need to import 100 excel sheets, the value "4.23" is not always the same, it varies.
      It is always in the same column, but not in the same row.
