POWER BI ODBC Connection

Hello,

I have a report that I created using the POWER BI desktop. I am getting the data in the report via ODBC connection.
However, I am getting an error when auto-refreshing the report on app.powerbi.com. Are you experiencing this problem? how can i solve it.

check if you installed your gateway correctly having the username and password correct.

I am using the authorized user name for ODBC connection, the connection cannot be established on app.powerbi.
I'm typing the username and password I created for the Gateway, but the connection still cannot be established.
