POWER BI Data Handling
Dear Experts,
I have multiple heterogeneous data sources & huge in volumes ( Say Oracle DB of 360 GB , SQL Server of 190 GB Etc) .
Requirement is to create ETL layer on top of these data sources & comeout with a single layer of truth that Power BI can acccess.

MyPowerbi2020 - You can use a variety of tools for that, most people these days use things like Azure Data Factory and such to transform data and land it in something like Azure Analysis Services. There are a ton of ways to do what you are asking.
I also agree with Greg_Deckler , your data is huge and you need Azure Data Factory and Analysis Service to store the data, and better to access using direct query to access in Power BI.
