PNG Image not displaying in a Card Visual

This used to work up to the middle of 2021 ...

I can no longer display a PNG Image from a Website in a Card Visual (or a Table Visual).

Trying to show Country Flag from the "https://www.countries-ofthe-world.com/flags-normal/flag-of-????.png" website 

Nothing is being displayed.   
The data is in an Import Model and the column is marked as being in the Image URL Data Category.

What has changed???

Pls refer the official documentation: 

• The image needs to be in one of these file formats: .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, or .svg
• The URL needs to be anonymously accessible, not on a site that requires a sign-in, such as SharePoint. However, if images are hosted on SharePoint or OneDrive, you may be able to get an embed code that points directly to them.

The url you provided I could not invit it ,so the picture could not be anonymously accessible.

You could test the below link:

In addition, according to the test, the visual effect of the card does not support image display.
