PDF Tab Order & Alt Text MIssing

Hi, I am working on making an a screen reader accessible PDF from a report in Power BI Desktop

I have set the tab order and layer order but neither seem to carry over to the PDF.

Alt text is also not carrying over. I have tried checking accessibility option available with no luck.

I have been fighting this issue for over a week now searching forums, asking chatGPT and updating to the latest Power BI Desktop version with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
