PDF Export not rendering visuals (Zebra BI + Standard visuals)
Since this morning, exporting reports to PDF has become nearly impossible.
During the export process, all visuals appear to render in the preview, but most of them (especially Zebra BI visuals, though also some standard visuals) do not appear in the final PDF document.
Has anyone else experienced this issue today?
Is this a known bug, and is there a workaround or alternative export route available?
Environment:
Power BI Desktop (latest update, October 2025)
Custom visuals: Zebra BI Tables & Charts
Also affects standard visuals like cards and clustered columns
Thanks in advance for any insights or confirmation from others seeing the same behavior.
The issue is hot and affects all custom visuals. Zebra BI has this as an issue on their page.

Issue/Bug: Custom visuals are currently not rendering when exporting Power BI reports to PDF. This affects Zebra BI visuals and other custom visuals across Power BI Desktop.
Alternative: Export to PDF from Power BI ServiceStatus: Microsoft has confirmed this is a known issue currently under investigation by the Power BI team. They are actively working to identify the root cause and provide a fix as soon as possible. We will update this page immediately when Microsoft provides more information or releases a fix.

Hi Momme ,
Not every visual will export to PDF. This article explains the details so I won't repeat them here. Export reports to PDF - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
As for workarounds - you can try Paginated Reports and that should be a little closer to what you are looking for when you export. But, if you don't use paginated reports you can try other visuals instead that will export. - MommeAdvocate I
