PDF DATA TO POWER BI AND DATA CLEANING
Hi All
I am having so many big PDF file to analyze in Power Bi. File size normaly +850 mb plus and containing 2k pages of data .
when i transform into excel , data is getting mixed-up. Data cleaning and confidence on data become questionable.
When transform to Excel 02 / 03 column data merged into 01 cell , some time 01 column data split or some row data move on right side from mid of row/ line and it's cell become empty.
how to over come on this issue

The file size and page count are the key contributors to this, and
the assumption is that you would be using a third party tool to
export and manage the file such as an Adobe product or service.
As your needs are of a greater scale, a few suggestions would be:
- Microsoft Cloud offering Azure AI Document Intelligence
- A separate solution would be to use a third-party tool or service that would be capable of handling large and complex files, and allow for OCR and retrieval of the page and table elements to be saved back in a format such as Excel that could then be handled easily by power query for Excel or Power BI.
