Is it possible to add a feedback or rating (thumbs up/down) field to a PBI table that would send this as an email/or update a sharepoint excel file with corresponding info?

I wanted to add another suggestion for collecting user feedback in Power BI. There is no such direct feature, but there are 2 alternatives :
1.Simple -  an option that users can add comments about the reports :

2. More complex - a kind of write-back using power apps.
