PBI to SharePoint forms connection

Hi All,

I'm working on creating a Power BI report using data from forms created in Power Apps and stored in SharePoint with an .aspx format. I would appreciate any insights or experiences you might have with this process.

Here are the steps I've tried so far, but without success:

1. Connecting SharePoint to Power BI: I added the SharePoint link in Power BI under "Get Data," but the specific file I need doesn't appear.

2. Exporting Data:

    * CSV: Exporting to CSV doesn't work well because it lacks a connection to SharePoint, requiring manual data refreshes.
*Excel: Exporting to Excel saves the file as a "Microsoft Excel Web Query File," which refreshes automatically when new data is added to the form. However, I can't import this format into Power BI.
3. Exporting to Power BI: I managed to export the data to Power BI, but it saves as an uneditable semantic model. Since I have multiple .aspx files that need to be combined into one report, this solution isn't ideal as I can't add multiple semantic models to a single report.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help.

@GayathriRM - From your screenshot, it looks like for Forms responses are being stored in a Sharepoint List, if this is the case, you can follow these steps to connect the list to Power BI.
